The Leadership Minor is an interdisciplinary program designed for students who want to explore leadership as both a theory and a practice. Open to students from all majors, the program invites learners to examine what it means to lead effectively, ethically, and inclusively in a rapidly changing world.
Through a sequence of courses focused on self-awareness, communication, systems thinking, and organizational dynamics, students gain an understanding of how leadership operates across disciplines and contexts. The curriculum combines reflection with real-world application, allowing students to build confidence and competence through experiential projects and community engagement.
