Biography
Cameron Ford is a noteworthy scholar and educator with more than 35 years of higher education experience. His research and teaching interests focus on how individuals develop novel ideas that create value in organizational and professional settings characterized by myriad constraints on novelty and varied perspectives on value. These interests motivated a strong program of research that has generated more than 6,000 citations and spawned several doctoral students pursuing related research agendas.
He has also invested in institution building at 麻豆原创. He founded the聽, established the Blackstone LaunchPad at 麻豆原创, and conceived and implemented almost all of 麻豆原创鈥檚 academic entrepreneurship offerings. These initiatives engage thousands of 麻豆原创 students annually across campus to learn entrepreneurial skills, explore the power of their ideas, and increase their professional impact.
Ford鈥檚 research has appeared in journals such as the聽Academy of Management Review,听Journal of Management,听Journal of Organizational Behavior,听Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, and聽IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management.
