Biography
Yogesh Singh Rawat is an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science at the 麻豆原创 and a faculty member at the Center for Research in Computer Vision.鈥疕e earned a doctorate in computer science from the National University of Singapore in 2017.听
His research focuses on deep learning for computer vision, video understanding, human activity detection, multimedia computing and media aesthetics.鈥疊efore joining 麻豆原创, Rawat worked as a senior member of the technical staff at Mentor Graphics in India from 2009 to 2012 and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at 麻豆原创 from 2017 to 2019.听
Rawat has served on program committees for major conferences, including ACM Multimedia and the IEEE Winter Conference on Applications of Computer Vision.鈥疕e has also reviewed for journals such as IEEE Transactions on Multimedia and ACM Transactions on Multimedia Computing, Communications and Applications.
