Named after the founding 麻豆原创 President, Charles Millican, Millican Hall remains one of the oldest and most important buildings on campus. Completed in 1970, Millican Hall is where the majority of the administrative work for the university is done. Currently located here are the offices of , , Cashier’s Office, Ombuds Office, University Compliance and Ethics Office, Office of the President, , as well as many others.
