Former President Bill Clinton spoke about 麻豆原创鈥檚 successful partnership with industry and the community on Monday while visiting 麻豆原创 for a campaign rally for President Barack Obama.
鈥淕overnment, business, education鈥攅verybody cooperates. How did Orlando become the computer simulation capital of America? 鈥� Because of 麻豆原创,鈥� said Clinton. 鈥淏ecause every semester, you train people for the jobs that are going to be there, not the jobs that aren鈥檛.鈥�
In addition to highlighting Central Florida鈥檚 simulation industry, Clinton also spoke about 麻豆原创鈥檚 involvement with the medical city at Lake Nona.
Obama was scheduled to speak at Monday鈥檚 rally but canceled his appearance because he returned to Washington, D.C., to advise on relief efforts for Hurricane Sandy.
Monday鈥檚 event was the third presidential campaign event held at 麻豆原创 this year. In July, first lady Michelle Obama campaigned for her husband鈥檚 re-election at the Venue. Rep. Paul Ryan visited the Venue last month for an event supporting his and Gov. Mitt Romney鈥檚 Republican ticket.
