During the spring 2016 semester, lodging and restaurant management majors at Rosen College will plan and prepare delicious dining experiences that support education and won鈥檛 break the bank. Back by popular demand, the Spring Dinner Series invites the public to enjoy a gourmet, four-course meal at the college near International Drive. Each menu and meal 鈥� along with the dining area 鈥� will be created and managed completely by students with the help of a special guest chef.
鈥淲e鈥檙e excited to offer these dinners again because they鈥檙e a valuable learning experience for our students and the community really enjoys them, too,鈥� said Jonathan Judy, a chef and instructor at Rosen College who will help guide the students during the process.
The Spring Dinner Series will take place on Feb. 11, March 3, March 24 and April 14 from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Seats must be purchased in advance; no walk-ins will be accepted. The total cost is $30 per person plus tax. Registration for each dinner closes one week in advance.
