Barnett Professor of Business Ethics. His research areas include determinants and consequences of ethical decision-making practices, layoffs, trust in the workplace, perceptions of unfair treatment, extraordinary performance and employee retribution. In his new position, he will continue to enhance business ethics research and teaching. The endowment was made possible by a generous gift from <strong>Stanley C. Horton<\/strong>, a 1973 graduate of the 麻豆原创 College of Business Administration and a member of its Hall of Fame. With more than 35 years of experience in the energy business, Horton is currently an independent energy consultant serving clients in both the United States and Europe.
