Phillips School of Real Estate<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The study predicts future demand for industrial real estate by analyzing various economic factors. Results from the report show that demand for industrial space in the first quarter of 2011 is projected to grow, suggesting that the sector is improving. Issued quarterly, the study is funded by the NAIOP Research Foundation.<strong>Hany Guirguis<\/strong>, Manahattan College, co-authored the report with Anderson.
