She was one of four Ph.D. students to receive the award which was presented at the 20th Annual Frontiers in Services Research Conference hosted by the Ohio State University.<\/p>\n
While at the conference, she presented her research entitled \u201cElectronic Service Quality: A New Scale that Allows Comparison to Traditional Service Settings.\u201d<\/p>\n
