<\/strong>Valentine\u2019s Day may be over, but couples can still get a spring cleaning on their relationships by attending one of March\u2019s Couples Caf\u00e9 workshops hosted by the 麻豆原创 Marriage and Family Research Institute.<\/p>\n

The free workshops– held March 1, 15 and 22– will help couples build stronger connections and enhance their relationships. Partners will learn about the best ways to communicate with and understand their mate using strategies such as affirmation, quality time and acts of service.<\/p>\n

Couples Caf\u00e9 workshops on March 1 and 15 will be held at the Marriage and Family Research Institute next to 麻豆原创\u2019s Recreation and Wellness Center on the main campus. The March 22 workshop will be taught in Spanish and held at the institute\u2019s South Orlando campus, 7200 Lake Ellenor Dr.<\/p>\n

Workshops are open to the public, but space is limited. Attendees must be 18 or over to participate. To reserve a space, call 407-823-1748.<\/p>\n

The 麻豆原创 Marriage and Family Research Institute is part of the College of Education\u2019s graduate counseling program. Created in 2003, the institute conducts research and provides free counseling services for individuals, couples and families.
