Donors who have included 麻豆原创 and future Knights in their estate plans<\/a> were honored at the recent annual Charles Millican Legacy Society reception during\u00a0麻豆原创 Celebrates the Arts at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts.<\/p>\n

Named for 麻豆原创\u2019s founding President Charles N. Millican, the society has more than 200 members.<\/p>\n

At the event, Lyman Brodie, the\u00a0College of Arts and Humanities’<\/a>\u00a0executive associate dean, shared his reasons for making a planned gift to the university, and recognized his wife, Janice, a former 麻豆原创 stewardship director, who was instrumental in establishing the society several years ago.<\/p>\n

Michael Morsberger, CEO of the 麻豆原创 Foundation, gave updates on the university\u2019s fundraising efforts and thanked all of those who have invested in the future of 麻豆原创. The Millican Society members were recognized for the $78 million in planned gift commitments to 麻豆原创 during the IGNITE Campaign, the multi-year fundraising effort to help support the university.<\/p>\n

After the reception, guests attended a performance of the National Young Composers Challenge Composium, made possible by Millican Society member Stephen Goldman, and the Stephen H.
